How we deliver
Identify and qualify
We review each requirement in full — scope, clauses, evaluation criteria, and compliance obligations — before committing, and we confirm every condition of performance in writing.
Assemble the team
We select performance partners for the specific requirement, with the licenses, certifications, and capacity it calls for, under agreements that protect the government's interests and ours.
Perform and close out
Atlantic manages performance, the contracting officer relationship, invoicing, and closeout, so the agency has one accountable contractor from award to final payment.

Atlantic holds the contract, manages the customer relationship, and performs the share of work the contract requires of the prime. Our teaming partner performs the balance under subcontract. Where the requirement calls for it, we also structure joint ventures and mentor-protégé arrangements.
